How EPGProvider handles the account information needed to deliver and protect your service.
Information we use
We collect the minimum account and billing metadata required to deliver EPG service endpoints, support requests, and transaction verification. Guest support requests include the name, email address, message, category, and IP address submitted with the request. Site activity records may include IP address, pages visited, links or buttons selected, referrer path, browser information, and account identity when signed in.
Spam and abuse protection
Customer and administrator login pages and the guest support form use Google reCAPTCHA. Google may process device, browser, interaction, cookie, and IP address information to determine whether a request is made by a person and is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.
Security and retention
EPG credentials are validated using secure hashes and encrypted at rest. Access logs and audit records are retained for security, abuse prevention, and operational reliability.
Your choices
You may request account updates or closure through support. Legal or fraud-prevention retention obligations may still apply.
